I try to go with the flow and if I'm really resisting going into the studio, I figure there must be some reason, and try not to pressure myself too much. And yet...sometimes when I do force myself, I get good results even when I hadn't thought I could do anything that day. I worked on m...I did not paint for about ten years. I worked on my career, took care of my family. All of a sudden it came back to me. I bought a set of pastel and started. Since then creativity hasn't stopped. I could paint day and night if I had the time. When I finish a painting I feel relieved and I need a little time before I return to the easel.
